Carmelo "Mel" Oliveri
A seasoned professional, Mel is a fully licensed NJ broker and property investor, who brings with him a decade of local market experience. Mel started the concept of Blast Realty in 2009 under the brand Property Hub REALTOR®. Combining his skills as an investor, contractor and broker, Mel entered the Million Dollar Club in 2006-2007 and followed up with the NJAR Circle of Excellence in 2006-2007. He was the Top Sales Associate in Nov & Dec 2008. In 2009, he ranked in the Top 2% Of NRT. If there is a highly regarded sale across Bergen County, Mel is most likely the broker behind it.

Guido Kaelin
Dedicated to making a change to the US real estate business, Guido is a fully licensed real estate professional in New Jersey and New York. Originally from Switzerland, Guido made his business career in several international companies. He combines his 20+ years of marketing/sales/business development background with an MBA and social media savvyness that works to enhance the new standard of the Blast Realty brand. He is an active member of the National Association of REALTOR® (NAR), a Member of RealSource (NJ State) and the NY State Board of REALTOR®.
